East end man fined $1,230

Terrance Smith admitted four charges of driving without a valid licence, as well as speeding and driving an unlicensed and uninsured vehicle.

The Hidden Valley Lane resident was first stopped on August 6 as he drove along Kindley Field Road in St. George's. Police officers discovered Smith's vehicle was not licensed, he had no third party insurance, and possessed no driver's licence.

On September 30, Smith was pulled over once again on Kindley Field Road. He still did not have a driver's licence.

While travelling along the Middle Road in Warwick on October 15, Smith was again stopped by Police. He was issued another ticket for riding without a valid driving licence.

When Smith was pulled over four days later for speeding at 50kph along Middle Road in Paget, the attending officer discovered he still did not have a licence.
