I'm sure years ago it was thought of as primitive, but many countries are trying to develop systems where each home can collect its own water.

"Bermuda has lessons to teach the rest of the world,'' he added."They could be used to promote the Island.'' The two inspectors, recently appointed by the Environment Minister, are on their first of many visits to Bermuda to consider planning appeals.

Their appointment is part of a review of the planning appeal process and is designed to make the appeals process impartial, fair and equitable to all.
