Bermuda has 21.71 points and are ahead of former Caribbean champions Trinidad and Tobago who are 88th with 17.08 points. Past World Cup champions Brazil head the list with 58.95 points with Norway second on 58.88 and Italy third on 58.67.
Germany, Denmark and Holland complete the top six with Argentina ninth, just ahead of England who are top amongst the British teams. Ireland are 11th, Wales 28th, Scotland 29th and Northern Ireland 42nd. There are 168 teams on the list.
