Police have now arrested a 41-year-old crew member of the Song of America liner after receiving the report on Wednesday morning.

The victim claims she was in her cabin when her colleague assaulted her.

She reported the incident to the ship's security on Thursday evening and the suspect was detained on board the vessel overnight.

He was arrested by local Police yesterday morning and is currently being questioned at St. George's Police Station.
