Bermuda Cablevision Ltd.

Mrs. Robinson was instrumental in launching Cablevision's new pay-per-view programme. Her new duties include complete responsibility for pay per view operations, purchasing, inventory control, programme contract negotiations and system programming.

She retains other responsibilities which include audits, marketing sales and installations.

Mrs. Robinson has worked for Bermuda Cablevision for the past six years and was initially hired as an office supervisor and subsequently promoted to business office manager.

Two years ago she was promoted to customer operation manager and trained in cable television operations.

She has been responsible for training customer service representatives, assisting with the set-up of the collections department as well as providing training and support for the company's 24-hour service department including training and support of the dispatcher and 24-hour answering service.

Mrs. Robinson has earned a certificate from the National Cable Television Institute as a certified customer service representative and has been to the cable data training centre in California and Atlanta for training on the company's cable data billing system.

Married to Mr. Jerome Robinson, the couple have three children, Shauntia, Jairzino and Sierra.

*** Partner Reinsurance Company Ltd. announced recently Ms Celia Luthi has joined the company as corporate relations manager.

She will assume responsibility for all aspects of the company's corporate relations activities, including building and enhancing PartnerRe's corporate identity in the international reinsurance market, presentations and publications, corporate marketing, as well as advertising and investor relations, the company said.

Prior to joining PartnerRe on February 20, Ms Luthi, a Bermudian, was with Bermuda Commercial Bank (BCB) where she was responsible for international marketing and advertising activities.

Prior to being with BCB, she was with the Bermudian Publishing Company.
