In the volatile week, the biggest turnover was in Bank of Bermuda shares, where 67,159 shares changed hands. By the end of the week, the price stood at $29.00 -- up $1.00.
BF&M's good results pushed the price of the company's shares up 75 cents to close at $7.50.
BELCO Holdings' price dropped $1.00 to close at $19.00 and Argus Insurance also fell 25 cents to $17.00.
The only other change was in Bermuda Press Holdings, the owner of The Royal Gazette , where stock lost 15 cents.
The index closed in the end up 18.434 points at 1,419.76 on a volume of 146,959 shares worth $3,139,688.50.
