SANTA'S PARTY -- The annual Christmas party organised by Mr. Mark Selley and friends brought joy once again to a group of special kids. The children, mostly handicapped or from foster homes, flocked to their white-bearded host after he arrived at Oasis nightclub by fire truck yesterday afternoon. Mr.

Selley, who has been holding the parties for 16 years, was able to play a more active role this year. Last year he suffered a stroke just before the event and spent several weeks in hospital here and in the United States.
