The only other riser was the Bank of Bermuda, which gained $1/8 to $231 on volume of 2,252.

The only stock to go down was that of Telco, which fell by $3/8 to $395 on a volume of 225.

Trading unchanged were Belco, which closed at $20, on volume of 1,348; the Bank of Butterfield, $29, 250; and BF&M nine percent preference stock, $12, 7,156.

The Exchange Index ended the week at 1,182.21 -- up by 3.48 on the day. The total value of stocks and bonds traded on the Exchange during the week was $1,491,961.
