They arrived at the Aerial View Road address just after 10.30 p.m. and found the 45-year-old victim lying in the yard bleeding from a stab wound to his abdomen.

It appeared he was stabbed with a knife during a fight with another man, Police said. The man -- whose name has not been released -- was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital for treatment.

His injuries were not believed to be life threatening, Police said yesterday.
