Ferry has a break down in harbour
yesterday afternoon leaving about a dozen passengers stranded.
They were transferred to the Paget and Warwick ferry Corona and the tug Princeton towed the Somerset ferry back to dock about 20 minutes later. A Marine and Ports employee said a mechanical problem caused the trouble while visitors on board the vessel said they thought it had run out of gas. They added that all the ferry terminal and ferry employees had been very thoughtful and kind throughout the whole incident.

The Fidelio -- out of Chesapeake Bay, Virginia -- and its two crew, who are understood to be a father and his son, were reported missing on July 11.
It was believed at the time that they may have been run into Hurricane Bertha -- now a tropical storm -- but a Harbour Radio spokesman said this was not the case.
