But Bank of Butterfield dropped 50 cents to close at $19.00, and Bermuda Commercial Bank lost $1.45 to finish at $6.00 after posting record profits for the year.

BTC 7.3 percent Bermuda dollar bonds lost $1.50 to close at $95.50 and Bermuda Hospital 8 percent bonds lost $10.00 to close at $100.

The index closed at 1,943.68 on a volume of 97,105 shares worth $2,402,854.60 and 168,945 bonds worth $161,342.48.
