Patrick McDonough to its board of directors.

The company issued a statement welcoming Mr. McDonough who has 28 years of experience in insurance and most recently served as senior vice president and manager of the J&H Marsh McLennan Pacific South Division legal department.

Before the merger of J&H and Marsh McLennan, Mr. McDonough served as senior vice president, general counsel and principal of Johnson & Higgins of California.
