female match race sailor following victory at the Osprey Cup in St.

Petersburg, Florida over the weekend.

Sailing with her all-Bermudian crew of Leatrice Roman, Lisa Neasham and sister Peta Lewin, Paula came out tops against seven other international sailors, including the current world number one, Betsy Alison of the United States.

In a showdown between the world's top two, Lewin came out ahead in the final, defeating Alison two races to one.

The new world rankings are expected to be announced later this month and Lewin's victory should be sufficient to catapult her back into the number one spot which she held earlier this year.

The Lewin sisters, along with Roman and Neasham, are due to arrive back on the Island this afternoon.
