set on a place in the final round of the World Cup qualifiers.

A number of the squad recently took part in the under-21 competition in St.

Kitts which saw Bermuda fail to qualify for the CAC Games after having four goals disallowed against the host nation, and they will be looking to make up for that.

However, their trip, which takes in matches against Barbados tonight and Jamaica on Wednesday, got off to an inauspicious start on Saturday when the early morning American Airlines flight they were booked on was cancelled.

They eventually managed to find space on a Continental flight off the Island and overnighted in Miami before flying onto Kingston yesterday afternoon.

The winners of the tournament will advance to the final round in October or November hoping to become CONCACAF's single representative.

The side are led by coach Dennis Brown who is being assisted by Josef Gooden.
