Three cars in the area of Rockaway Drive, Southampton were badly dented and had headlights smashed early this week. Yesterday morning another resident saw his car being attacked and gave chase -- but the vandal escaped.

Later in the day the suspect was seen again. This time he was caught -- it is believed by a group of neighbours who had been keeping watch. A 29-year-old Southampton man is helping Police with inquiries.
