her Cove Valley, St. David's home on April 5 -- has been called off, Police said yesterday.

However, the investigation is still open and will remain open until a body is found, Police spokesman Sgt. John Dale said.

Sgt. Dale said there have been no new leads have on what happened to four-year-old Chaona.

Since her disappearance, Police have investigated reports she may have been abducted by Satanic worshippers -- but those reports proved unfounded.

And they confirmed the waters off St. David's and its coastline were extensively searched by police -- helped by Chaona's parents Mr. and Mrs. John Woolridge and many local residents. Only a pair of black shoes, believed to belong to Chaona, were found.

The three-foot five-inch tall, light-browned skinned girl was last seen wearing a pale pink dress with a white print pattern, white stockings and black shoes.
