Canadian Christiane Allaire -- who is the vice president of a company which was not named when she appeared in Magistrates' Court yesterday -- denied the charge.
Allaire also pleaded not guilty to obstructing a Police officer in the course of her duty, assaulting the officer, destroying the officer's shirt, driving while impaired, and refusing to give a breath sample.
Mr. King granted Allaire bail in the sum of $3,000 with a like surety. He also ordered her to surrender all travel documents.
