The index closed down 8.14 points on volume of 3,988 shares worth $58,234.

The Bank of Bermuda fell 50 cents or 2.7 percent to close at $18 on volume of 2,188 shares. The drop offset a 50 cent gain by Argus, which closed up 4.8 percent at $11 on volume of 1,000 shares.

In cooperation with the BSX, The Royal Gazette today publishes a new Stock Exchange chart which is aimed at providing more information in an easy to read format. It is also intended to publish BSX-listed mutual funds in a similar format.
