One handheld cigarette containing plant material was found in a cigarette packet in Gentile's trouser pocket.

When questioned about the item, Gentile told officials: "It's pot''.

Yesterday, Gentile told Mr. Francis he did not "do'' drugs but was given the marijuana by a friend.
