Scott to take up plight of Bermudian in House

cause during today's debate on the Report of the Consumer Protection Task Force.

Alex Scott last night said he will seek answers to a dilemma faced by an unidentified Bermudian who is currently enrolled in the Queen's University Executive MBA programme.

The MBA student is enrolled in a group project class with four non-Bermudian contract workers who allegedly refuse to work with him.

Mr. Scott said the University has "taken the side'' of the non-Bermudians by suggesting the man either drop out of the course or take the class during next year's session.

"The students have taken over the course,'' he said. "I will bring it up in the Consumer Protection debate because this is an offshore operation which is advertising in Bermuda right now as we speak. This foreign body has taken the side of the non-Bermudians. Who is this Bermudian suppose to address his complaints to?'' More on House, Page 5 COLLEGE -- UNIVERSITY EDC
