International Risk Management Group Ltd., has incorporated a Panama company, IRMG Panama S.A.

It has also entered into cooperation agreements in Brazil with Catalyst Re Consulting and in Mexico with Asescor Consultores.

Vice president of International Risk Management (Americas), Inc., David Heslington, will act as coordinator for all three operations to access IRMG global resources. Managing partner, Risk Advisory and Captive Management Services James W.
