There has been a name change for two companies associated with Guy Carpenter & Company.

Reinsurance Solutions International and ReSolutions International Limited, which are Guy Carpenter's US subsidiary and UK affiliate, respectively, specialising in providing tailored insurance and reinsurance services, together have changed their names to Reinsurance Solutions LLC and Reinsurance Solutions Limited, respectively.

"As we continue to develop our global delivery capabilities, working under a single, integrated brand will ensure that our clients have a clear vision of the breadth of our organisation and expertise," said Theresa Zlotnik, president of Reinsurance Solutions.

"This name change has been implemented to establish a single, unified identity - one that will enable us to continue to build our international footprint while expanding the range and caliber of services that we can provide to our clients worldwide," said Steve Goate, senior vice-president of Reinsurance Solutions.
