A teenage motorist who drove at 85 kph told a magistrate there was no reason not to ban him from the roads.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner asked 18-year-old Cameron Ramsey, of Slip Point Lane, St. George’s: “Is there any reason why I should not disqualify you?”
The youth, who pleaded guilty to speeding and not having a driver’s licence, replied: “No.”
He was disqualified from driving all vehicles for a year and fined $500.
