Dear Sir,

It seems only like yesterday when we came to your fair shores for the first time. We were asked to serve as Interim pastor at Evangelical Church for about six months and then we returned to our native state of Iowa, in the USA. That was in 1990 when the Church was busy celebrating their 100th anniversary.

During these 16 years in Bermuda we have met many of you and have loved you like our family. It is very difficult to say “good-bye” but we believe that the One who called us here is now calling us to serve in another part of His Vineyard. Thank you dear ones for being so loving and so kind. We will take you in our hearts as we leave in a few days. Praying God’s continued blessings upon each of you and upon beloved Bermuda!
