PHC start with easy win over youngsters
PHC began their pursuit of promotion to the First Division by beating the Bermuda U-18's by three wickets at the National Sports Centre(NSC).
Bermuda batted first and posted 199 for nine, after being at a woeful total of 89 for nine.
Machai Campbell and Kevin Fubler put on 110 runs for the tenth wicket partnership.
Campbell and Fubler both end up unbeaten on 78 and 30 respectively. Cal Waldron took four wickets for 41 runs, while Dawyne Adams took three for 31.
PHC, led by former St. David's opener Fiqre Crockwell, who scored 73, scored 200 for seven and start the campaign on the winning end of things.
Tre Govia led the Bermuda U-18 bowling attack with two wickets for 20 runs, while Deunte Darrell claimed three scalps for 31 runs.
In the First Division's other fixture Leg Trappers beat Somerset Bridge by 204 runs at White Hill Field. Leg Trappers scored 264 for seven with Somerset Bridge managing just 60 runs all out in reply.
