The Listing Committee of the Bermuda Stock Exchange has announced the approval of the listing of the 50,000 ordinary shares of Collins International Ltd. of one Euro cent each, under the provisions for Qualified Investor, the minimum investment being the greater of either 100,000 Euros or 100,000 ZAR and being offered at a premium of 999.99 Euros at a price of 1,000 Euros per share.

The listing was effective from December 27, 2007.

Collins International was incorporated in Guernsey on December 7, 2007 as a closed ended investment company. Appleby Securities (Bermuda) Ltd. sponsored the listing of the company's common shares.
