The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange rose 9.45 points yesterday.

It closed at 5039.65, an increase of 0.19 percent, after 41,536 shares swapped hands.

KeyTech saw its share price rise by 12.26 percent yesterday. The utilities company finished the day at $15.25, up $1.65, after 142 shares were traded.

Meanwhile Butterfield Bank saw its price drop 10 cents to $17.10 yesterday and Belco Holdings saw its price drop 15 cents, to $21.95.

Insurer BF&M Ltd. was the biggest faller as it slipped 65 cents to finish at $20.50 (three percent) after 1,573 shares were traded on the BSX.

The BSX Insurance Index rose 2.29 points (0.2 percent) to close on 1,089.28.
