A prosecutor agreed this week to postpone for one week an arraignment hearing for actor Daniel Baldwin, who faces felony charges for allegedly stealing his friend’s car.Baldwin’s attorney, Grant Hoagland, called Assistant District Attorney Dennis Conway to ask for the postponement, said Farrah Emami, a spokeswoman for the Orange County district attorney. Baldwin had been expected in court on Tuesday afternoon.
The 46-year-old brother of actors William, Stephen and Alec Baldwin is already named in a $25,000 arrest warrant for failing to show up at a hearing in the same case last week. That warrant will stand until Baldwin reports to court, said Emami.
