A man was shot in the buttocks in a suspected gang-related incident in Paget this morning.

The victim is in a non-life threatening condition in King Edward VII Memorial Hospital following the incident at 3.45 a.m. in Dudley Hill, Paget.

Police this morning confirmed he was being treated for a gunshot wound to his lower torso.
