Premier and Finance Minister Paula Cox is to sign a Tax Information Exchange Agreement (TIEA) with China at Camden tomorrow.
The TIEA with the People’s Republic of China will represent the third such treaty signed in Bermuda.
TIEAs with Canada and Portugal were signed earlier this year.
To date Bermuda has signed a total of 23 agreements — 22 TIEAs and one double taxation agreement with the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Tomorrow’s signing will take place at 12.50pm.
