A total of 405 spots are available this year for the always-popular Bank of Bermuda Pro Soccer Clinic and College Prospect Programme, run by US indoor soccer star David Bascome.

The Pro Soccer Clinic, which runs from July 3-8 on the North Field of the National Sports Centre, is divided into a basic group (six to 10 years old) and an advanced group (10-14 years old). Participants are to be taught by a large number of qualified coaches and experienced players.

A Kiddy Kickers programme for four and five year-olds will take place from July 5-7.

Ten players from the soccer clinic are to be invited to attend the School of Excellence, which runs for two weeks in July.

Meanwhile, the College Prospect Programme caters for players between the ages of 15-20 who will have an opportunity to showcase their talents in front of college and professional recruiters.

Four players will then be selected from this programme to train in America with a major indoor soccer team.
