Buy Bermuda, what a joke!!

Thanks for printing my letter about Leisure Time, as a follow up, the modem did not work, and I had to get a refund. I thank The complete Office for that. So, I now had to buy another modem, guess who I went to first. That's right, Leisure Time. I spoke to the same person, and let him know that he lost a $289 sale because the pervious day I was not a customer, over a $12 dollar filter. Very bad business on his part.

PS: Dell Line filters is DSL Line filters.
