Dear Sir,

I thank you for your Christmas message in the edition published on December 24th. However, I was more than a little surprised to see a reference to the "St. James Bible." Though this is a common error, yet it was not one expected to be found in a newspaper of the quality of The Royal Gazette. The correct designation should be either the Authorised Version of the Bible or the King James Version.
