Sound of Solidarity

Bermuda Regiment bugler Sgt. Major Nelson DeGraff plays taps on the Cabinet Office grounds on Tuesday.

Leaders of Government and members of the public paused on Tuesday at 9.45 a.m. Bermuda time to join a worldwide minute of silence to mark the three month anniversary of the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon.

Members of the Cabinet stood on the steps of the Cabinet Office on Front Street while radio stations played the national anthems of Bermuda and the United States.
