A Southampton man denied threatening to shoot a Policeman in the head.

Lorin Scott-Baxter, 26, of Fork Lane, denied two counts of assault against the same Police officer on the same day.

He also pleaded not guilty to saying "I will get my gun and shoot you" to Police on December 4 in Devonshire.

In Magistrates' Court on Monday, Scott-Baxter also denied using offensive words at Headquarters Hill, Devonshire on the same day, namely: "F*** you Police, I don't give a f*** about any of you."

In addition, he denied twice assaulting P.c. Emerson Carrington on December 4 ? once in Devonshire and once in Pembroke.

Scott-Baxter was refused bail and was remanded until his trial on Thursday.
