Man denies indecent exposure, prowling charges

A 48-year-old man was charged with indecent exposure, prowling and masturbating in a public place.The Paget man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Magistrates' court to both prowling and to indecent exposure by showing his erect penis in Paget.

The Paget man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty yesterday in Magistrates' court to both prowling and to indecent exposure by showing his erect penis in Paget.

The court heard that the offences occurred on November 26.

Crown counsel Anthony Blackman appeared on behalf of the Department of Public Prosecutions and lawyer Mark Pettingill was representing the defendant.

Magistrate William Francis released the man on $500 bail to appear for trial on January 22.
