Man robbed on golf course

Robbers held a knife to a man's throat before stealing his wallet.The 24-year-old victim, from Southampton, was walking through Port Royal Golf Course when two men approached him from behind and demanded money at about 9.05 p.m. on Wednesday.Police say one of the men then held a knife to the victim's throat while the other took his wallet, which contained $175 cash and personal items.

The 24-year-old victim, from Southampton, was walking through Port Royal Golf Course when two men approached him from behind and demanded money at about 9.05 p.m. on Wednesday.
Police say one of the men then held a knife to the victim's throat while the other took his wallet, which contained $175 cash and personal items.
The offenders then ran away. The victim was not injured during the attack.
The suspects are described as black, about 6ft and of slim build. They were wearing long white t-shirts and dark coloured pants.
Police are investigating the incident. Witnesses or anybody else with information should call the Somerset Criminal Investigation Unit on 234-1010.
