A man was in intensive care last night after falling out of a tree while attempting to repair post-Fabian damage.
The 27-year-old contractor was suspended high up in a tree working with a chainsaw on Keith Hall Lane, Warwick, on Thursday at around 1 p.m. when the tree was uprooted.
Two other men, aged 39 and 50, working with him then called for emergency assistance and the man was taken to King Edward VII Memorial Hospital.
A spokeswoman there described him as in a stable condition last night.
Government Health and Safety officers were called in to make a formal assessment of the industrial accident.
