Three men arrested after a high-speed Police chase through three parishes remained in custody yesterday according to a spokesman.

The men ? a 30 year-old from Devonshire, an 33-year-old from Devonshire and a 30-year-old from Pembroke ? were detained after the Rover car in which they were travelling smashed into a Police 'paddy wagon' in Pembroke.

The car, which had earlier been reported stolen, was badly damaged in the collision.
