DUNCAN Hall, deputy director of the Bermuda International Film Festival is to lend his expertise to one of Canada's top competitions over the next week.

Joining him will be Charles Bishop, the producer of the Academy Award winning documentary, Bowling for Columbine and director/writer/producer/actor, Paul Quinn.
"Sitting on the jury at one of the top festivals in Canada provides our festival with a look at this year's top Canadian films, as well as international films that have been well-received on the festival circuit," said Mr. Hall. "Some 700 delegates will be in attendance, so it's a great opportunity to network as well."
The Atlantic Film Festival, first held in 1981, runs from today through 25. It will screen 223 films over nine days.
