Bank, Argus drive up BSX

The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index rose 22.75 points, or nearly one percent, yesterday to 2,506.23.
Argus registered the largest price change in gaining 80 cents to close at $22.25. The insurer saw trading of 300 shares, while Argus Insurance saw 1,600 shares change hands.
The Bank of Bermuda share price moved up to $47 after a 50 cent price gain. The bank traded 8,941 shares. The Bank of Butterfield also saw a price increase, with its shares closing up by 25 cents to $29.25, while 890 shares traded.
Belco Holdings shares fell 50 cents, to $27.50. The utility saw 100 shares change hands
Meanwhile, Island Press saw a 10 cent dip and its share price closed at $4.40, while 2,429 shares moved.
