Five Borr Drilling directors re-elected

Five directors were re-elected yesterday at the annual general meeting of Bermudian-based Borr Drilling Ltd, the oilfield services company.

Returning to the board of directors are Paal Kibsgaard, Tor Olav Trøim, Alexandra Kate Blankenship, Georgina E Sousa, and Neil J Glass.

The board resolved to approve the increase of the company's authorised share capital from $14.5 million divided into 290 million common shares of five cents par value each to $18 million divided into 360 million common shares of five cents par value each by the authorisation of an additional 70 million common shares of five cents par value each.

The board re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditors and authorised the directors to determine their remuneration.

It also approved remuneration of the company's board of directors of a total amount of fees not to exceed $1.2 million for the year ending December 31.
