Second Court Street fair planned for tomorrow

The combined tastes and wares of Court Street’s merchants and restaurants will open to the public for another open-air market tomorrow from 1pm to 7pm.

The “huge” success of its first market on the eve of Cup Match meant that a repeat was in order, organiser and businessman Gary Augustus said.

Al fresco dining, and fresh Bermuda-made products from new vendors and young entrepreneurs, will take over Court Street between Victoria and Angle Streets.

Police will be on hand with a tent and table to engage with the community.

Designated community police officers will join the market along with North Hamilton’s regular patrol officers.

Shoppers spending $25 at participating stores can join a raffle with prizes including a 65in TV, barbecue grill, air fryer, toaster oven, and an 18-piece cookware set.
