Marketing workshop for local business

Want to up your marketing game?

The Marketing Masterplan Workshop, run by local business Rise Marketing, is designed to help small to medium businesses develop a marketing strategy, plan for its implementation and build a calendar, all which can be used for future success.

The workshop will be led by Rise Marketing’s CEO, Emilie Faulkner-Meek. If Covid restrictions intervene, the event will be held online.

Mrs Faulkner-Meek said: “Having worked with clients, I know that most small to medium businesses don’t have the time to properly strategise and plan their marketing activities, so they end up spending a lot of time and resources on random marketing activities or in some cases, not doing any marketing at all.

“With a solid, strategic plan in place, businesses can execute their marketing activities without too much stress throughout the year.”

She said that those completing the Marketing Masterplan Workshop will learn how to maximise their marketing budget and what marketing activities, events and holidays they should be involved in.

The participants will create a strategic marketing plan that supports their business objectives, so they can be confident that their efforts in 2022 are set for success.

Ms Faulkner-Meek added: “I’ve seen a big demand for training like this and I look forward to seeing the results of our participants. We’re only accepting a small number of participants for this first workshop, so those interested will have to book their seats quickly.”

The workshop is split into four two-hour sessions that start on Saturday, October 23, and run for four consecutive weeks.
