A real estate broker is to hold a seminar next week to help people “end the rental cycle”.

Tamika Todd, of Platinum Realty, will run the session with the Women’s Resource Centre.

A WRC spokeswoman told the public: “In this masterclass, you will discover key strategies to break the rental cycle and convert generational wealth from a modern-day catchphrase to a realised dream.

“Bring your pen and notepad and be ready to leave with action steps.”

The workshop costs $97 and will run from 5.15pm on December 2. The location will depend on numbers signed up.

The spokeswoman said: “Our masterclass presenter, Ms Todd, brings a wealth of experience as a qualified educator, international publications contributor and real estate investor.”
