New corporate lawyers at Appleby
The Bermuda office of international law firm Appleby has added corporate lawyers Katie Blundy and Carl Meyer to its practice.
Ms Blundy is an associate in the corporate department, practicing in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements and corporate finance, the firm said.
She joins Appleby from Vancouver.
Mr Meyer is an associate in the corporate department, where his practice specialises in corporate and commercial law including technology, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
Before joining Appleby, Mr Meyer focused on technology procurement and commercial contracting at a leading managed legal services firm where he supported some of the world’s largest multinational companies.
