The K Margaret Carter Centre in Devonshire is expected to reopen on March 28.

A spokeswoman for the social development and seniors ministry said: “There are several staff and clients currently in quarantine and subsequently, there are absences.

“As a result, the client-to-staff levels are presently unsustainable.”

She added that parents and guardians had been notified and the centre would follow health department guidance on reopening.
