A free yoga class given by Shamana Circle will be held on the lawn of City Hall on Wellbeing Wednesday, while the Siam Spa will provide chair massages. Free, fresh-pressed juices will be available from OM Juicery.

On Thoughtful Thursday, a giant gratitude wall will be erected, where people can reflect and write down what moves them — inspirational words or a kind message for others. There will also be free “pay it forward” cookie giveaways with each cookie decorated with an inspirational message.

On Flower Friday there will be a chance to win a bouquet of flowers by spinning a flower power wheel against a flower wall backdrop.

The week culminates with a live performance from the band Aimee & Davy at Victoria Park on Saturday. The park’s bandstand will be festooned with flowers sourced locally by the Garden Club of Bermuda, while guests can enjoy delicious, free desserts from popular food concession Leslie’s Desserts.

Wellbeing Wednesday will take place between 12.30pm and 2.30pm while Saturday’s concert runs between 12pm and 3pm. All other events take place between 12pm and 2pm.
