Vantage appoints Poppie to VP
Bermudian-based re/insurer Vantage Group Holdings Ltd has appointed Gabriel Poppie as vice-president, central region executive, marketing and distribution.
Mr Poppie, who is based in Chicago, joins Vantage from Sompo International where he served as Vice President of business development, US Insurance.
Dane Lopes, chief commercial officer, insurance, at Vantage, said: "Gabe is a well-known and highly respected figure in the insurance market with outstanding client and broker relationships.
“He will provide a strong voice of advocacy for Vantage to the broader broker and client community in the US central region.
“Gabe’s extensive experience in client management, coupled with his deep industry relationships, will prove invaluable to Vantage as we continue to build out our insurance distribution team."
