An annual all-female relay race is returning to Front Street on Sunday to raise funds for the Women’s Resource Centre.

The You Go Girl relay is set to kick off at 8.30am, with teams of three tackling a six-kilometre course, either all together or in two-kilometre portions — with some teams opting to take on the challenge in costume.

The first 400 women to register for the event will receive goodie bags, with the winning teams to receive Sportseller vouchers.

Entrants will also receive a ticket for a draw for prizes including a weekend at the Hamilton Princess, Pilates classes, “bottles of bubbly” from Goslings and an electric scooter.

Participants and non-participants can also buy tickets for the draw for $10.
